  • Are not a party to transactions between users
  • Do not guarantee the accuracy of listings
  • Do not inspect vehicles
  • Do not handle ownership transfer

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying listings
  • Completing transactions
  • Complying with applicable laws

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers and dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, vehicle descriptions, photographs, pricing, ownership claims, vehicle condition, and vehicle availability.

Sellers must promptly update or remove listings when a vehicle is sold, reserved, withdrawn from sale, or otherwise becomes unavailable.

Sellers are solely responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective buyers and maintaining current and accurate contact information.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to advertise, market, and sell any vehicle listed on the Platform.

Sellers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to advertise the vehicle and use all photographs, descriptions, trademarks, and other content submitted to the Platform.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all content, photographs, descriptions, and other materials submitted to the Platform do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

Vehicles may be advertised simultaneously on multiple marketplaces, auction platforms, dealership websites, or through private sales channels. Oldtimers Offer does not guarantee the exclusivity or continued availability of any listed vehicle.

Oldtimers Offer acts solely as an online marketplace and advertising platform. Sellers purchase listing packages and retain full responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, availability, and management of their listings.

Vehicle availability may change without notice. A vehicle listed on Oldtimers Offer may be sold, reserved, withdrawn, or otherwise become unavailable through another sales channel before the listing is updated or removed.

Oldtimers Offer does not independently verify the accuracy of information submitted by sellers, including ownership claims, vehicle condition, mileage, maintenance history, authenticity, seller responsiveness, listing accuracy, or vehicle availability.

The Digital Vehicle Passport records and preserves vehicle listing data on the XRP Ledger but should not be interpreted as an independent inspection, appraisal, title verification, ownership verification, or guarantee of a vehicle’s condition, authenticity, or availability.

Oldtimers Offer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, edit, reject, or investigate any listing or user account that may violate these Terms, infringe the rights of any third party, or expose the Platform or its users to legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk.

Oldtimers Offer is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from such transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by or licensed to OldTimers Offer.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the Site “as is” and “as available”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
