Rare 1974 Yamaha TA125 – Vintage 125cc Production Road Racer
Available now: a rare piece of motorcycle racing history – the 1974 Yamaha TA125, Yamaha’s first production 125cc road racer. Introduced in late 1973, this model was marketed as a Clubman-Level Production Racer and quickly became a favorite among aspiring racers and vintage enthusiasts alike.
Powered by a twin-cylinder, air-cooled, two-stroke engine, the TA125 was based on the successful AS-3 road bike platform. With twin rear shocks and a race-ready chassis, it embodied the spirit of 1970s competitive motorcycle engineering. Production of this model was short-lived, ending in November 1974, marking the conclusion of Yamaha’s air-cooled two-stroke road racing era—and beginning a five-year gap before another 125cc racer would enter the scene.

A Lifetime of Memories – A Story That Started in 1969
This car isn’t just a restoration—it’s a cherished piece of one man’s life. Bought in April 1969 by its third owner, a high schooler from St. Charles, Missouri, this Bel Air quickly became part of his teenage years, love story, and eventually, family legacy.
He raced it at Mid America Raceway, learned to build engines by trial and error, and even took his prom date in it in 1970. After serving in the military, he refused to part with the car. Instead, he slowly brought it back to life—piece by piece, with chrome trim stashed behind sofas and parts hidden under beds.
Through decades of hard work, cross-country moves, car shows, class reunions, and weddings, the Bel Air remained a constant symbol of dedication and passion. In 2020, it made its way onto the Daytona International Speedway as part of the Daytona Drive Experience, where it won Best in Show and its owner became the event’s spokesperson.
A Final Ride, A Lasting Tribute
Sadly, in late 2020, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Although he couldn’t return to Daytona as planned, his family honored his memory by driving the Bel Air on the track in August 2021—spreading his ashes in a heartfelt tribute to a life well lived and loved.
This car was never just a vehicle—it was his pride, joy, and a symbol of his philosophy:
“If you take care of things, they’ll last a long time.”Your Chance to Own a Legendary Classic
This 1957 Chevy Bel Air is more than show-ready—it’s road-ready. It deserves to be driven, admired, and enjoyed—not hidden in a garage. If you’re searching for a classic car that combines beauty, power, history, and heart, this is the one.
Start it up. Feel the rumble. Watch heads turn.

For Sale: Rare 1926 Paige Model 6-75 – Historic Classic Car with Unique Provenance
Step back in time with this exceptional 1926 Paige Model 6-75, a true gem from the Roaring Twenties. Owned and cared for over the past 12+ years, this vintage classic is more than just a car—it’s a piece of American automotive history. With its confirmed low mileage (see odometer photo), this vehicle fits the bill as a true barn find survivor.
Vehicle Overview:
-
Make & Model: 1926 Paige Model 6-75
-
Engine: Original and runs smoothly
-
Odometer: Accurate and verified
-
Location Built: Detroit, Michigan
-
Custom Ordered: Originally built for a customer in San Francisco, California
-
Ownership History: Believed to have had only four owners since new
Historical Significance:
Through email correspondence with the great-grandson of Fredrick Osgood Paige—the founder of Paige Motor Car Company—we confirmed this car’s unique backstory. Although it doesn’t appear in the Paige production database, its low serial number and the presence of a Weed emblem on the front bumper strongly suggest it was a custom-built model, possibly excluded from records intentionally.
Paige proudly marketed their vehicles as “The Most Beautiful Cars in America”, and this Model 6-75 lives up to that legacy. It was ahead of its time in engineering and features, including:
-
Hydraulic brakes (at a time when Cadillac still used mechanical)
-
Factory-installed shocks
-
Locking steering wheel
Brand Legacy:
Paige automobiles were manufactured from 1908 to 1927. The company was eventually acquired by the Graham Brothers, becoming Graham-Paige, and the Paige name was retired a few years later.
Provenance:
This vehicle was discovered on a ranch in Madera County, California. The previous owner had acquired it from a peace officer in San Francisco, who in turn had purchased it through an estate sale in the city. This makes me the fourth documented owner.
Whether you’re a collector, investor, or classic car enthusiast, this 1926 Paige Model 6-75 offers unmatched character and historical value. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind pre-war vehicle with a fascinating backstory.
